A restaurant in a former sake brewery where you can enjoy Japanese sake from 26 breweries in Nadagogo and food based on the theme of "seasonal, local, compatible, fermented". The brewery of Kenbishi Sake Brewery, which has over 500 years of history, will be renovated and opened in April 2022. While delivering food that can be enjoyed with sake, we are disseminating the new appeal of sake through events.
