What is Nada Gogo Sake Brewery?
The restaurant opened after renovating the sake brewery of Kenbishi Sake Brewery, which has a history of over 500 years.
Events and food pairings based on the theme of "seasonal, local, compatibility, and fermentation" will be held with sake from all 26 breweries in Nada Gogo, which boasts the "universe's largest sake production."
This is an experiential community spot that promotes the appeal of sake through a variety of content.
500余年の歴史を受け継ぐ剣菱酒造の酒蔵を改装して2022年4月にオープン。 日本酒生産量〝宇宙一〟を誇る灘五郷全26蔵の日本酒と「旬、地元、相性、発酵」をテーマにした食とのペアリングやイベントなど様々な日本酒のコンテンツを通して魅力を発信する体験型コミュニティスポットです。

A participatory sake wonderland where you can experience the fun
The interior of the store, which was designed with the concept of a sake shrine, features the world's largest U-shaped counter, measuring 50 meters in length, where you can enjoy pairings of Nada sake from all 26 breweries with food.
We also hold sake seminars and pairing events with chefs from around the world. You can experience the fun of sake.
