At around 12:15pm on Monday, January 1st, the start of the new year, Keiko Nakano, a fermented sake cooking expert from Nadagogo Sake Brewery, will appear on Hyogo FM Radio's "Kiss FM KOBE 'Wave!!!!'" along with sound crew member Koji Nakano.
