Sake is not necessary, but having it can enrich and enhance a meal. This experience is called Magic Sake Pairing. Nada sake, which has been popular since the Edo period as a "drinkable sake," will be paired by Keiko Nakano, a fermented sake and cooking expert at Nada Gogo Sake Brewery, with dishes made with seasonal ingredients, which change monthly.
