He established Rokuji Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary of Tatsuma Honke Brewery with the aim of creating communication and entertainment for sake, and became its representative director and president. After retiring, he became independent.

Nada Gogo Sake Brewery also hosts a pairing class with fermented sake cooking expert Yoshiko Nakano, where you can enjoy learning about the world of sake together. Our motto is "careful, fun, and delicious." The pairing class begins with a toast, and participants will pair which sake goes well with everyday seasonings and ingredients, and create dishes that use junmai sake in abundance. Finally, participants will enjoy the dishes they have created, paired with various Nada sakes. Pairing at Sake Shrine, where the god of sake can be seen lurking, is an exceptional experience.
