At Nadagogo Shuzo, you can casually enjoy "MAGIC SAKE pairing" with meals incorporating local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and fermentation, proposed by fermented sake cuisine researcher Kako Nakano, and Nada sake, which is sake for enjoyment, in an à la carte style.

Instead of a fixed course, you can choose according to your mood and appetite on the day.

• The above course is priced per person. Please note that it cannot be shared by multiple people.
• Please inform us of your reservation name when you arrive.
• This course is a seated style with chairs.

• Please note that if you do not contact us and 30 minutes have passed since your reservation start time, your reservation may be canceled.
• Tickets are not shipped. Please inform us of your name upon arrival.
• Currently, we do not accept reservations for seats only.

• Day before, Same day: 100%
• Cancellations/rescheduling requests are accepted via the inquiry form.
• The tickets handed out on the day are valid for six months from that day. Please note that ticket refunds are not accepted.
