From December 23rd to 25th, we will be serving a Christmas menu, where you can enjoy sake pairings that go perfectly with the Christmas dishes.

Nada sake has been popular as a drink to accompany meals since the Edo period, and it is said to have provided about 80% of the sake consumed in Edo.

For the brewers, it was important to brew sake that matched the diverse ingredients and food culture that came to Edo from all over the country. We have prepared a course that allows you to enjoy the techniques and historic flavors that have enabled them to continue achieving this mission, along with a combination of dishes.

To allow you to relax, the course is served seated rather than standing.
