Chiyodagura was named after Chiyoda Castle, another name for Edo Castle, because one of its ancestors was Dokan Ota, the founder of Edo Castle. We are particular about making sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture and making sake in the Noto style. While preserving tradition, we challenge new construction every year, so please support us.
