This sake brewery uses Yamada Nishiki and Hyogo Yume Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, as well as Miyamizu, the famous water from Nada, which is essential for sake brewing. We are committed to using high-quality raw materials from Hyogo Prefecture, and all of our products are sold through a limited-distribution special agent system.
