Originally, I was a middleman of "sake lees" in "Mikagego", a town of sake breweries. rice field. This year is the year of our founding. In the 29th year of the Meiji era, we started producing "Hon-mirin" using this shochu, and from the 38th year of the Meiji era, we used sake lees from the sake brewery "Nada" and our own brewed hon-mirin and mirin lees. We manufacture narazuke, which boasts a mellow richness and aroma. In 1930, we acquired the trademark of [Konan-zuke] in the sense of "delicious narazuke made in the south of Mt. Rokko."
